1. Introduction

Welcome to JobbDD (“the Platform”). By creating a job posting or completing a payment, you (“the Employer”) agree to these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before using JobbDD.

2. Service Description

JobbDD allows employers to publish job postings to reach candidates. Available posting options include:

• 14-day listing
• 30-day listing
• 30-day listing with top 3 placement, ensuring the post remains among the top 3 visible positions on the Platform

All listings are reviewed before publication to ensure compliance with our content guidelines. Once approved, the job post becomes visible on the Platform for the selected duration.

3. Payments, Invoicing & Taxes

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Payment is required before the job posting is reviewed or published.
• After approval and publication, you will receive an invoice by email for your records.
• All prices shown on the Platform are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include applicable taxes (MVA).
• We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Payments are non-refundable once a job post is published, even if you later choose to delete the listing. Refunds will only be issued if your job post cannot be published due to a verified technical or administrative error on our part.

5. Content Guidelines

You are responsible for ensuring that all job postings:

• Are accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory.
• Do not contain false, misleading, or inappropriate content, and
• Comply with applicable Norwegian laws and regulations.

We review all job postings before publication. If a posting is rejected for violating our policies or applicable laws, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or allow you to modify and resubmit the posting. Posts that are clearly fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of legal or ethical standards will not be refunded.

6. Employer Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content of your job posting and any communication with candidates.
• You must not collect data or contact job seekers in a way that violates privacy or employment laws.
• You agree not to misuse the Platform for spam, fraudulent listings, or any other purpose unrelated to genuine recruitment.

7. No Guarantee of Results

JobbDD does not guarantee the number, quality, or suitability of applicants, nor the outcome of any hiring process. The Platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your job posting content but grant JobbDD a license to display it for the duration of your listing.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or remove any job posting or employer account if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the integrity of the Platform. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of JobbDD shall be handled by the courts of Oslo, Norway, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect when published on the Platform. Continued use of JobbDD after updates means you accept the new Terms.
